I had reached out to multiple dealerships for different vehicles. JP at Truckmax was the only person to personally get back in touch with me and start to discuss the car. Everyone else contacted me with automated systems and in most cases never followed up with a person. Just automated emails. I ended up purchasing the car from Truckmax. The car was as described and when I had questions, they were answered quickly.
We had a FANTASTIC experience with Truckmax.. JP was very easy to work with and made the entire process very easy.. We ended up buying a different truck than the one we thought we wanted.. JP offered to switch out the wheels and tires of our choice.. We flew in that morning from Calif, so he gave us a car to use to go eat breakfast while they changed out the tires and wheels.. He even reached out to us the next day, just to ask how we liked the truck.. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new truck to give them a look!!!
