They took my $780 and I never heard back from them since. That was last year. Now they're talking about they don't do refunds. I was NEVER helped.....I ask to speak to the manager she said she "Is the manager" Also, yesterday February 22 2023 i sent out an emails from the updated email. Instead I get a replied back to my review posting my information to the public.

Terrible company, never get anything done then pass the blame. Don't rely on them for anything.

Do NOT use this company. They are VERY unprofessional. Manager (Chris) hung up the phone on me twice. They were nice enough to take my money. I was misled the entire time and when I asked for a refund, they refused and hung up the phone on me. This company is a joke.

I asked for IFTA report of 2nd Qtr, 2017 for insurance purpose and they have charged $50 just for resending it by e-mail...I requested because I didn't receive it. I really don't understand their business mind. It doesn't make sense!!!
