I must echo the other reviewer that said "Wow!" about this place. We bought 5 beautiful rugs of different sizes recently and couldn't be happier with them, or with the service we received. Even better, there is a 50% off sale on now (Nov. 2009)!! The only hard part is there are so many amazing rugs here that it's difficult to choose between them. The colors and patterns are lovely, quality is excellent and prices very reasonable. You'll be amazed. We're lucky to have this place in our area. It's truly a gem.

I discovered Truckee Mountain Rug Co. while visiting High Hand Nursery. What a surprise! I thought the nursery was extravagant and colorful, but TMRC was the icing on the cake. Forget hand-tufted and other "affordable" rugs you can find at department stores. I bought three gorgeous medium-sized handmade wool rugs that will last forever, and spent only a bit more than those "other" rugs cost. Scott was very helpful, guiding me to select perfect rugs within my budget. I will tell all my friends about this rug store!
