Tried to rent there was contacted and have been waiting year year and a half . Was never returned call was trying to relocate after .trying to relocate scheduling a new appointment and no info on follow up appointment must be a whatever no return call maybe some . Day
I’ve read both the Google and Yelp reviews for Truckee Meadows Property Management and I can’t speak about others experiences but I have been a tenant in one of TMPM/judy’s managed properties for 4 years now and I can say my experience with her and TMPM has been very professional!! Whenever I need a repair taken care of, it is handled quickly. If it is not done satisfactorily, she gets the repair folks out quickly to do it over until it’s right. DO NOT go into to business with Judy and her daughter. You do not want Judy to handle the managment of your property. She is an absolout con-artist and once you sign a contract with her, she will begin to charge you hundreds of dollars if not thousands for outrage fees in order to keep the house up to "Judy's Standards", no matter how nice your house already is. Look at her Yelp reviews for a better grasp on what kind of manager she is
