I bought a 16 F550 mechanics truck from Taylor back in the summer of 2025. I took the train down to virgina and drove it home. When I got home there was some issues I noticed with the truck. I informed Taylor right away with photos and he jumped right on it. Picked up the truck and corrected everything. Excellent dealer to do business with. Helped me every step of the way without hesitation. Would do more business in the future without a doubt. Any issue or concern that was brought up, Taylor took care of it. I had financing issues and Taylor was patient through the entire process till it was done.
I bought a 2018 Kenworth from Taylor, financing and communication before the sale was fantastic. After I got the truck back it had a few issues with it that I had overlooked. Taylor was very responsive, got me the help I needed to get going and sent parts without question. This is the type of after sales support every dealer should have, Taylor runs a top notch dealership with great values. I am going to put another truck on the road hopefully this summer and will 100% be going back to Truck World RVA to purchase it.
