Excellent dealer to do business with. Helped me every step of the way without hesitation. Would do more business in the future without a doubt. Any issue or concern that was brought up, Taylor took care of it. I had financing issues and Taylor was patient through the entire process till it was done.
I bought a 2018 Kenworth from Taylor, financing and communication before the sale was fantastic. After I got the truck back it had a few issues with it that I had overlooked. Taylor was very responsive, got me the help I needed to get going and sent parts without question. This is the type of after sales support every dealer should have, Taylor runs a top notch dealership with great values. I am going to put another truck on the road hopefully this summer and will 100% be going back to Truck World RVA to purchase it.
