This place operates how businesses SHOULD operate. It's rare these days to find good, honest people who are out there to help. I was driving through town to pick up an out of state RV, and my brake controller was acting up. I went to 7 other places in Kansas City and none of them would help or even look at it. I called these guys and they told me to come right over even though their trailer guy was about to leave. I showed up and they had already diagnosed the problem over the phone. Well, I’ll start here. We brought a trailer in to get an axel swapped....we had called and asked if they could do it that day (since it was a little cheaper and closer than Croft Trailer, where we normally go) and the guy on the phone said “yep bring it in.” So we get down there, get a price for everything they were going to need to do to it, approved it and said we would be back to pick it up in a few hours.
