I went there for 2 j hooks and keys for a tool box. Immediately took my truck into the bay, installed the j hooks, adjusted and lubed the lock and operating system. Only charged me for the keys and a new tray for the box, not the service. I shall return for all my car and accessories. Great folks
I took my vehicle to them as they are locally owned and operated thinking I would get great service etc…. My vehicle did not come factory installed with a trailer package so it takes some wiring to get it all done. I went to the store front on Owen dr and spoke to the staff, we walked out side and looked at my vehicle. I told them I could put the hitch on, but I need someone to wire this thing.
