Lauren I take it u live in perfect world. You need to understand not everything goes right and perfect always and that there is other people in front of u and there truck has to be finished before they can start your truck. When you drove in I know you had to of seen all the trucks outside you should be happy they could do it that soon. Or you could have taking it to some #\$%\$ as diesel shop and had them chargw u twice as much and do half the quality of work. My boyfriend brought his truck to TSD to get an EFI live and an air intake installed. The guys at the front desk told us that the truck would be ready the next day in the evening which is completely reasonable and I was glad to hear it would only take a day. The next day when he was supposed to pick it up, he called and asked if it was ready and all they guys could tell him is that they were running behind and it would be finished the next morning around 10. Ive had my 06 duramax in to install a Cortex Superchip. It worked great. Then had a problem with low fuel pressure not connected with the chip, TSD installed a "bully dog" fuel pump and im up and running again. GREAT JOB GUYS!!! Love the way my truck runs. See ya soon for some more up grades
