Over charges and doesn’t fix the issues...spent almost 2000 dollars and truck broke down again two weeks later same problem. Do not go to this shop it’s a waste of time and money
RecommendedI was in Austell Georgia area to have Safe T Plus install their steering damper and Koni Shocks. My Motor Home had an intermittent check engine light. I contacted The Atlanta Truck Service Depot as they are around the corner, about getting diagnostic OBD check completed. I arrived a little after 3:30PM and I approached the counter and one of the Customer Service Reps grabbed a OBD laptop and found the OBD connection to the engine and received an SAE ENG error code. Friendly staff and always efficientl service.
horrible shop, they are not Volvo certified. I drove my truck into the shop. it had to be towed out 3 months later. they dont have the volvo software to diagnose anything
Truck was unable to start. Truck Service Depot was able to sent someone out. Diagnose the problem and find a tow truck for us. Got us up and running the next day. Kenny, Jefferey and Daniel was extremely helpful. Will be using them for all my future truck needs!
