I have had the least bit pleasing experience at this dealership. The communication from this shop is appalling. Delays happen, sure, but you should be notified when they occur so you can plan accordingly. This shop doesn't tell you anything, you have to make sure you call them for any update. Then you might get sent to Mark Donnadio who manages the service department. Mark informed me that I am "extremely difficult to work with" and that "anything they say to me won't make me happy". Great service! Everyone was nice and welcoming from the time I walked in the door. They kept me informed on the status of my truck. Everyone that i saw that worked there greeted me and was pleasant. Mark was extremely helpful from the time I talked to him on the phone months prior and even more when i met him in person. I highly recommend Hill and I will most definitely purchase my next vehicle from them.
