Absolute scam artists. They are now trying to charge me for miles that were supposed to be free as part of my one-way return to Montana. On top of that, the employee is dishonestly claiming I returned the truck after hours when I have proof it was returned at 6:31 PM, well within business hours. I was already charged more than what I was quoted, and now they’re attempting to tack on even more. This is by far the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.
