I drove out to see a U-Haul box truck and it took staff over an hour just to bring it around. They then walked away without saying a word—no walkthrough, no answers. When I shut it off and tried to restart, the battery was dead (I’d already seen them scrambling for a charger). Extremely unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. Assistant manager Revin handled this; I won’t be back and don’t recommend this location.
