Its an awesome, service in Canada provided by USA company. Response after ur reply which is just my 2 cents, the return of the U Haul after closure of business hours is bit tough. The application doesn't support closure process which becomes hassel for the new person. Then he has to call the help line and take assistance. Although I could have ignored it but we hired the Van 02 times in this month and had to face the same issue 2 times. Rest is all good and great experience.
