They cancelled my reservation at the last minute. Tried calling to rebook but was hung up on 4 times. When I finally did get through to someone she was rude and disconnected the call before transferring me to the proper department. Went into the store only to be told they just reserved the last van! The entire reservation process is a mess.
Calling for days without reply
This review is specifically pertaining to the Truck Rental process at this Home Depot location. I reserved a truck 2 weeks in advance. The initial reservation process was already frustrating, I called to clarify something for my rental. I called 4 separate times and each time, I was "transferred" to the rental department, the line would just drop dead after a few minutes of ringing.
