Was in dire need of parts for a tractor contacted Truck Pro Dallas and Ben took care of everything I needed and even went out of his way to hand deliver the parts to me to make sure they got here with no delays. Saved us big time! Shout out Ben!
Never answered the calls that bad for the business. I’m beyond online waiting for more than 15 minutes and then hang on me.
Went to buy some battery’s they didn’t take nothing off for the core exchange but would have charged me if I didn’t have them ended up spending close to 250 just for 2 battery’s. Store is to expensive then the regular dealership I would recommend to go directly to the dealership then here.
