Great experience doing business here. I love my new bed cover! Owner is strait forward on what he recommends and what to stay away from. Has a huge variety of things he can do. Very nice shop where they install the products they sell. They stand behind the products they sell and install them for you. If you ever have any issues, they will do what they can to fix it. I highly recommend using them for any and all truck accessories you could possibly need.
I took my new Grand Cherokee to get a trailer hitch installed. The hitch itself looks fine. When they mounted the rear bumper back on, there are install marks with damaged paint along the driver side tail light. They broke at least one of the clips that push into the bumper, the passenger side by the tail light is loose when you touch it. The bumper was not mounted correctly and was very obviously visible to the point where it was dragging against the tailgate.
