Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced from a mechanic. I called these guys on 25/03/25 to book my truck in for some repairs, I was given a booking date for the following week 03/04/25. I dropped my truck off that morning. I was extremely patient with them to carry out the work but after 2 weeks of not hearing from them I then called them on 17/04/25 to check what was happening only to be told the truck hasn't even been looked at yet and Steve is now on leave until 28/04/25 and even after he gets back we'r... read more
Great service. They stayed back late while my truck was getting towed to the shop and fixed the issue the next day on short notice.
