I had these guys install fifth wheel hitch rails in my father's brand new Dodge and that was a mistake. The rails were to far apart when I tried to install the hitch so I called them to have it adjusted and they had me come down that same day. When my father picked it up he asked what they had to do and their reply was "we fixed it". To "fix" it they hit the back rail with a SLEDGE HAMMER and bent all the bolts forward until it fit.
