Eddie from Service shop and Josh the Computer tech were really helpful and professional! They help us with a DEF issue we had on the same day! Never been in a shop like IN AND OUT the same day! It was a frat feeling! Thanks guys! 200% we recommend this shop from Richmond VA!!😉
Nice overall but the same story as all Kenworths long wait when your sent there for something on your trk. They didn't find anything wrong on their code reader so insurance doesn't cover it the issues but they get paid for that wasted time anyways while drivers lose money. They didn't let me know anything, I had to ask for updates. Some Kenworth's are good at keeping you updated.
Super high prices and crappy work done.
Very helpful. Willing to answer all questions. Wonderful service.
