Nice people, but after 6 days in the shop and nothing done my company had the truck pulled from the bay and had to leave with the truck still not fixed and having the same issues I came in with. Not a good experience

I called in for a part, dealer does not have the part available, I asked for the part number, the rep refused to give me the part number. Where to go Kenworth.
Third dealership with a antifreeze leak. Two dealerships couldn't find the leak. Kenworth Richmond found it diagnose it sent the estimate and was working on it within 24 hours I would recommend this place highly
