Joe, the shop foreman was absolutely the reason I came back to this Kenworth repair facility. He and his staff have changed my experience here at Truck Enterprises. Before the staff really didn’t seem sincere to help you. Now when you walk in I was greeted with a warm welcome and you get the feeling they really want to get you back on the road. I will return for any repairs needed that I can’t perform myself.
Friendly and courteous.
Davina and Scott gave me exceptional customer service. They both went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with my experience. Great job.
Customer service is excellent. Scott and Davina assisted me with my kenworth in a timely manner. They both deserve a bonus.
