My husband is a frequent customer at this location. We’ve encountered multiple events like the one from today but we brush it off because everyone goes through something. Very poor customer service. We called today to get part prices and possibly order but the person or worker there was rude and stated he doesn’t have a quote and that he “doesn’t have time for that shit” because he’s the only person working there today and hung up the phone. Very rude and very unprofessional. Employees like that will ruin your business!!
Brought my truck in to get the thermostat replaced, a gasket replaced on a coolant pipe, and a radiator flush. Normally a 4-Hour job, so I budgeted 7 hours because that's how Freightshaker mechanics work. We just hit the 10-hour mark. They actually did all the work, refilled the coolant, bled the air, then just started on the radiator flush. Use that information however you wish. UPDATE!!! 08/2025 Revisited Truck country service department after 5 years for p.m. service Oh well, worse than before, I didn’t even touch grease fittings on the driveshaft at all never coming back ever again… In 2020 Inspec your truck before you drive away because you might be wasting your money for nothing Brought the truck for pm and some of the grease fittings are not even touched (still rust on them)
