Liar service writers. They say they will expedite it over the phone so you drive 30 minutes away to be told they can’t get you in for 3 days
Employees doesnt have any idea about trucks. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE! Parts lady CHERYL gave a price on phone $49. When I arrived to the dealership and wasted my 1h the price came up to $89 than oh sorry bla bla bla What sorry just do your job. Service person doesnt know the prices for basic services this place is a joke. Whoever the manager is you are doing great sir keep going.
Unit went down last night, got it towed over to this shop. They had it in diagnostics today, found it was an issue with the fuel rail pressure sensor. They had the sensor in stock and got my unit back rolling today. Will recommend this shop in the future and will continue to get my units to this shop when in the area.
The parts dept will ignore you.
