worst customers service ever, waited on paperwork for 5 hours unbelievable, work done and truck o ready line , 5 hours later, i still got go ask for my paperwork, and they looking at me loke i am crazy, oh yea it ready, how jas it been ready , since 200 pm but i was told at 300 it was not ready, now it 530, mgmt need to have a meeting
I have been getting the runaround for 5 days. I was told on Friday that my truck would be done Saturday. I was told Saturday it would be done Monday. I was told Tuesday they didn’t have parts. I spent $500 getting parts overnight delivered from Tulsa. I have been told they were working on my truck. Later I was told my truck was next. Now I’m told the night shift will probably get it done

Fire the front counter guys and put all your stock as Walmart or HEB then we can get what we need you will increase your sales like 100% they don’t have any idea what are selling Never back again worst service
Tack a long time to serve you and pricing is hard also not customer friendly
Called ahead of time and talked to Willie and made sure they had the part I needed and could get me in that day. They said yes they had the part in stock and would be in and out. Got there and ofc have to order the part and wouldn't be until next morning. Next morning they get in, fix it and have been sitting here for 3 hours waiting for paperwork. My company sent over a PO the day before. I am simply waiting for the office staff to decide to do my paperwork so I can go. This is ridiculous.... Ended up leaving without being ... read more

We were scheduled (had to wait 1 week which isn’t bad) motorhome in for annual service. We were told 3-5 days to complete the work (again not bad). I just called to follow up (in the shop 7 days) and they have not even started the work yet and can’t give a date when they will get to it. Terrible customer service!!! As a follow up, Doggett has done a great job of following up and making things right. Very satisfied now. Definitely recommend Doggett Freightliner Converse for motorhome Service.
