Great experience. Super clean and tidy lobby. In & out reasonably quickly. Most important they had the parts i needed. Great place!
I’ve used you guys before and been pleased with the service, however that was under warranty and I’m out now so maybe that’s the difference this visit. Nonetheless, they were running multiple regens as the truck had derated prior to coming in, the radiator blows out during said regens, ok just my luck but didn’t complain as I understand it happens, but while replacing radiator my ac line to the condenser was damaged causing a slight leak of course(though I didn’t know this at the time, and perhaps the tech didn’t notice eith... read more
Paid 1560$ for a “ software update”. For ACM faults. Drove 1000 miles all lights are back on. Rip off. Wrongfully diagnosed. Threw money in trash. Manager called me after to make it right. Ended up swapping the head in the truck. He asked me to keep in touch that they’d make it right then ignored me keeping in touch. I’d avoid this place. Customer service 0.
Def pump was not working they got me in and out in about an hour put everything under warranty great place fast and friendly service very clean highly recommended
