If you have plenty of time and money to waste the this is the perfect place. Be prepared for days of having your truck in their shop just got diagnostic and many more days for repairs. This is the rule. And in the end be ready for a plain and simple rip off. I have seen 3 out of 4 customers leaving this facility upset or even angry. Do Not Use this location. I am a OTR, broke down had my truck towed here. The first diagnoses was my compressor.. The next day it was I need a new engine $28k or they could buy my truck for $3,500. Rush repaired compressor & radiator $5k
Been here 48 hrs not one call from the service department truck repair has been delayed 3 times with out a call from anyone. I ask them to call if part did not come in no call I called them 5hrs after part was to come in and was told it would be next day Is it to much to ask for a update? I know nothing about the work they do but i do know that one star is more than they deserve for customer service
