I am the Fleet Manager here at Ford of Kirkland and before at Bill Pierre Ford and I been using them for over 15 years now They have line-x a lot of vehicle I mean a lot of vehicles!!!!! for me and my fleet customers over the years without any problems , plus I always recommend them to everybody I know I am able to go to a place a lot closer to me but the services I get from them I go out of my way to bring my vehicle to them. Plus Jim is a great guy and Ted was pretty good to !!!!

This shop installed a hitch on our minivan on short notice with no fuss. Feels like a family-run business, but I think that's just because the guy in charge treats his employees and customers like family.
Great experience, very happy customer, would happily recommend to anyone needing Line-X. Great and knowledgeable employees, great manager, worked around my busy schedule and made it very easy. Will return with any Line-X needs in the future.
