Unmatched customer service — this man saved our trip. We were stranded on the side of I-75 for nearly 4 hours, trying to identify the right rebuild parts for our trailer hub. This gentleman was incredibly kind and patient — he took multiple phone calls throughout the day, helping us pinpoint exactly what we needed. Picked up my 2nd trailer from Drag Star Trailers this morning. This experience was the same great experience I had in 2015. These trailers are built heavy duty, built to last, and supporting local businesses!!! Trailer was serviced and checked before leaving, paperwork was simple and completed before leaving.
