What an absolutely great experience. I ordered a bed cover for my truck and scheduled an installation online. When I arrived at my scheduled time they took my truck into one of their bays and I browsed their showroom for a few minutes. Then went next door to eat lunch, which was very good. And when I got done eating, my truck was parked in front and all done. I'd say less than a half hour.
