I was working with truce law on my custody case, from the start they were not keeping me up to date or answering my questions efficiently. They ran through the entire retainer and not one thing was filed for my case so I decided to part ways and asked them to file a withdrawal of service, which they have not done and it has been a week, and I am not able to continue on with my case until it is turned in.
