This experience was nothing short of unprofessional. Was able to get a case review appointment quickly with a deposit, and the case intake representative never called nor joined the Google Meet appointment. After waiting 17 minutes I called the office and was told Victoria had said they called and joined the meeting but was no longer available! What a waste of my time! I retained Truce to help me with an uncontested divorce. In the middle of the process, things turned difficult and I had to retain them for a full divorce process. They talked me though the difficulties and I was able to get it back to uncontested and resolve my case. Through the whole process, I had quick and helpful access to the team helping me.
