They are very slow not friendly or welcoming and don’t explain everything just don’t feel welcomed or feel like it’s a friendly environment especially for being a kids office I get it every office has their days I know since I’m in the medical field but every time I come just gets worst unfortunately
I highly recommend anyone who are in need of care to go here . Dr. Susan Ramirez is a great doctor and I personally recommend Nicole Lopez. I've been a patient now for the past 5 years.
I have to thank the doctor Ramirez and nurse practitioner Nicole team. I would say I have maybe an emergency where I need to see my doctor once or twice a year and each time they're able to get me in that same day or the next day. Versus other doctors are never available and you get directed to go to urgent care. They are also very knowledgeable and they answer any questions you may have and explain everything.
Dr. Ramirez and Nurse Practitioner Nichole Arena at TruCare Medical Center are amazing. They’ve taken such great care of my family—my son, my mom, and me. One thing I really appreciate is that they always remember our preexisting conditions without me having to remind them. It makes everything so much easier.
