The workers are people of high integrity and even when met with a bit of irritation, they follow through with their good moral and ethical standing. My parent's roof was damaged from a storm and while Carolina Restoration was battling it out with State Farm to approve a new roof, Tripp and his crew stepped up to the plate and covered the damaged area with a tarp to keep their home safe from further damage due to rain and offered to replace the whole roof at a very reasonable price. We had such an incredible experience with Tripp from TruBlue Roofing! We found water spots in our ceiling and were so worried about having to replace our roof. Tripp came out immediately and diagnosed the problem for us. With his guidance and responsiveness, we had our new roof installed through our insurance company within less than a month!
