I went and saw Dr McElroy, after YEARS of not going because of terrible experiences at dentists, I am so HAPPY I decided to go to my appointment today, if you are scared nervous embarrassed THROW IT ALL OUT THE DOOR! Gabby and Dr McElroy where phenomenal!!!! They eased my anxiety the second I walked thru the doors! He explained everything in a caring matter I didn't feel like just a patient of the hour I felt like I was his only patient! Been going here for years without issue or complaint.
I saw the one star review and felt compelled to leave a 5-star review to balance it out. Dr. Billy and his staff are amazing! I have always felt uncomfortable going to the dentist, but Dr. Billy makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed. He takes his time and makes sure that I am expecting everything that’s going to happen by walking me through everything before he does it. I would recommend to anyone!
I was referred to this dental place by a friend. She praises how nice her dentist is. But let me tell you how extremely rude the front desk is. I’ve been sick I called to cancel my appointment. The woman on the phone said “do you want to cancel or reschedule when you feel better “ she hung up in my face when I asked to cancel. Unpleasant and unprofessional to say the very least.
