UPDATE REVIEW: My husband purchased a Dodge Ram 1500 from here Nov 2023 in 5 months his truck wouldn't run and the bed of the truck fell in due to rust. Took it to a mechanic shop who stated it needed a whole new transmission. He called and complained to Moses who sold us the vehicle. He didn't 100% make it right being that we were able to trade it in for a 2018 Chevy Silverado but had to carry over negative equity because they didn't value the truck for what they sold it to us for. Horrible experience I see when I read reviews how wonderful Tish is wish i dealt with her and not Becky maybe she would have been honest about what was going on but you know anything for a buck. They did the same thing to my dude I read on another review put you in a vehicle and let you take it for almost 2 weeks and then get a call from the dealer that he was not approve for the loan and he need to bring the vehicle back lol really who puts someone in a vehicle that has not been approved through a bank. Best Experience ever Tish worked hard to get me the exact car that I wanted. She searched and made it happen. Whenever I buy another car I will be coming back to TruAuto and asking for Tish. She will do you right.
Tishia Eady is the best!!! Extremely professional and amazing customer service. I hate going into car dealerships because I always feel like I am being conned but Tishia never made me feel that way. Excellent place to buy a vehicle This is an excellent place to purchase a vehicle from. When I went there I looked at a 2014 Ford Mustang and purchased it. When I was there the sales person that I had the pleasure to interact with was Tishia Eady. Overall this was one of the best car buying experiences. .
