Exceptionally pleasant attitude from the young lady in the shipping office! Was given a dock right away. She told me there might be a small wait as there were 3-4 trucks ahead of me. Was still loaded and on my way in an hr. I almost forgot I was in Chicago!!

Really terrible experience, forklift guy damaged my trailer badly and said to me it’s old trailer so who cares. Well I care , I’m trying to pay my bills and rent, working extremely hard and then they damage your trailer with no apology or wanting to pay for it. Manager Zach said to me you should change this trailer and buy a new one, but they don’t want to pay for what they did! Really try to avoid this place! I’ll try to bring them on court!
