I give two stars because I had an appointment and didn’t get in a chair until 1 hour and 30 mins after. Then I felt my hair was rushed there’s some bumps in the braids. It’s been 5 hours and my ends are coming un done and I have to re dip my hair. Wasn’t worth it . I got feed ins
Booking an appointment was so easy ,they are very flexible and nice . I was happy with my hair and my entire experience. The ladies were very friendly. I will definitely be going back .
