True Trailer had me in and out with a new ramp and spring adjustment for my cargo trailer. We’ve been purchasing cargo & hydraulic dump trailers here for about 9 years. Thank you guys
I got to give it to them, they have a good salesman.. but they are not near as good out in the shop as the salesman. They have horrible wiring, no rubber grommets. We bought a very expensive cargo trailer, and were just very disappointed. There are so many cracked welds all over the trailer. And it's brand new!! The paint job was less than ideal.. some areas having almost no paint on them. The rear door springs weren't adjusted right. They over promise on what they actually have the capability to do.
Tru Trailers is an incredible company that never disappoints. Best trailers in town and best people in town. They take care of their customers so well…. Special shout out to Henry and G, who went above and beyond with their help, friendliness, and expertise. Will continue to do business for many many years to come!
