Tanning there for years
I got a gift card for my birthday, I only tan usually one month a year. I went in to us it before going on vacation the gift card never loaded ( took a week for “management” to fix n credit my account). Awesome customer service from the super sweet girls in store tho. I got great color from the beds. But I got a level 3 (they only have 2 beds) one bed was always broken. So had to wait almost every time. They need to update the inside of the building. Dealing with Tru tan has Been and still continues to be the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a business. Did all paperwork to cancel but they still continue to debit my account. They dodge the customers calls. Their staff seem to change weekly at their corporate office. No one will give me contact info for the owner. This is a nightmare business to deal with. #STAYAWAYFROMTRUTAN NO TRU TAN.
This store had a great staff and an owner who doesn't care. The building lacks maintenance, the owner admitted when I finally talked to him this evening he hasn't been in that salon. Well, it shows. But his response to the complaints were find a new salon. So ok I will. And I hope everyone in Greenville does the same. Very poor management. Not near the quality salon as other places. This one needs to be closed down. And you'll notice they're was only one other review, wonder who that was from and where the other review are..... read more
I came in for a spray tan yesterday and I don't see any difference at all. So disappointed and upset because I'm leaving for the beach. �
