I joined Tru strength about a month ago & everyone has been welcoming. Being that I haven’t worked out in about a year Seth has been patient and always offer alternative exercises if unable to do the original workout plan. Tru is really a community based gym.
Hyper growth environment with a great coach in Coach Seth!
