Tru-Spect did a very thorough job on our inspection. Corey was friendly and informative. He walked us through and explained all of the findings. Great job!
I had Tru-Spect come out to take a look at our new home prior to purchase, and they did a wonderful job! The inspector, Greg worked with the realtors directly to confirm timing after I booked the appointment online through their website. I was able to pick a number of different services all at once when booking, which was great. They have clearly marked pricing for everything, and you can even have the option to pay at closing so you aren't footing the bill right away, which is such a relief with everything else going on.
