My review is about the professionalism of the owner, Laura. My dear friend, Michelle, has cut my hair and my children's hair since they were small (about five years now). Her work on us is always impeccable, and from what I have seen in her reviews and dedicated client care, this also applies to all of her clients. I call her an "artist", as that is truly what she is. I really enjoy going to Tru Salon. The owner and staff are very professional and friendly. I have always felt relaxed and comfortable after each appointment.

The staff is good but the owner is extremely rude. Had a party of 4 to be scheduled for a hair do and was not accommodating at all. The owner was rude and unprofessional. Arguing with me about having to pay before the service. How does that make any sense to pay before getting the service done. I even offered to leave a credit card on file to charge if we did not show up. Then threaten me that she was going to take me off the schedule. I will not give this salon any more of Money.

Pretty basic salon, and nothing more... decor is nice but nothing screams art or creativity! Most of their techniques and work is outdated...The owner Laura is very rude and caddy, along with a few others that work there...instead of appreciating good quality stylists, and the clients that keep her career going, she demeans many clients as soon as they are out the door to make her own issues seem ok. Just so not professional in my opinion, spend your money elsewhere!
