Service was great, the nail tech was very polite, attentive, and efficient. The nails were beautiful and a fair price, I will be going here from now on and highly recommend!
She just did a good job with my messed up Toes
Booked an appointment for a dip manicure and arrived on time. Apparently, “appointment” just means you get a front-row seat to watch other people get their nails done. I asked twice for a color chart so I could at least accomplish the ambitious task of choosing a nail color while sitting there, and was completely ignored. 30min into this god forsaken wait, a technician finally asked what I was there for… only to turn around, and start on someone who had arrived 15min after me. Absolutely a fantastic experience, wonderful people work there, highly recommend
The workers were extremely rude until the owner showed up. I was prepared to spend a good amount of money on my nails but chose to do something more simple based on how poorly and rudely I was treated. I also watched them reuse tools without sanitization between clients and they never cleaned the pedicure basin out before another person got in the chair. When another girl was done I watched the owner tell her if she posted a picture with a 5 star review she’d give a discount which is the only reason this place is at 4.3
