We had them build our house. We’ve lived in it two years and just discovered a small leak from when we moved in and it’s molded the whole basement. This house has been a shit show since we moved in. Do not use them.
I just spoke to the listing agent Julie dryer for the property in blue ridge aka adventure area. 12 ridge trail blue ridge. She was very helpful until I asked questions about the area and accused me( an agent) of why I didn’t get a buyers agent/ like they were such the answer. I am an investor and know what I am interested in buying - I live one hour from blue ridge and have spent a lot of time there. Julie Dyer is a five star realtor! She was very prompt and met all the needs while selling our property. Communication was wonderful. She went over and beyond what we expected from a realtor. By that I mean she brought boxes and helped us pack and label them because of the unexpected quick sale! We would definitely use her again!
We have had such a wonderful experience with Julie Dyer.
