They have the most unhelpful staff. Stay clear from here if you need things done right away.
Really poor response time, which I've never experience with a real estate lender in the past. I had 3 people supposedly assigned to my loan but all failed to respond in a timely manner, which is so critical in purchasing. I ended up moving on to another lender.
Stay clear of this business. Responded to a loan promo sent by TRU Mortgage. Condescending and rude is how I would describe my experience.
