I never leave reviews and my mom loves Dr. P but that new guy at the front needs to go. She has told me that he’s been rude to her on numerous occasions and most recently told me that he HUNG UP on her. He’s going to ruin their business and it’s disappointing. He is a great doctor. Really gets the help his patients need. This is one doctor who prescribes refills without you having to ask every time. My first visit was fantastic.i felt very comfortable. The staff are amazing love the girls working there. The best doctor i have been to hands down.♥️
Today was the last straw and I am leaving the practice. The doctor was nice enough when I saw her but today takes the cake. I am currently still on hold for a televisit I scheduled when the pharmacy said they could not refill my prescription and the receptionist said I needed an appointment, but don't worry it can be virtual and we will get you the medicine. I'm very disappointed in my experience with tru medical. Overall they keep trying to charge me when I come with health insurance that fully covered my annual checkup, and I’ve never encountered this issue at previous doctors before. I had a televisit appt but when I logging in, it said my copay was $140 and I had to pay now before I proceed. It upsets me because I triple checked with the front desk when I came in that my annual checkup is fully covered by my insurance, before I proceeded. Because I was not about to pay, I ca... read more
