I had posted picture of our boy who adopted us 3years ago. He's come a long way from his fears, but is still skiddish of somethings. They made him feel right at home and did an awesome job! And a week later he smells,feels, an looks great! We will definitely be back!! Thanks Tru love for quality work and care!!

I called to make an appointment set up by a particular groomer. I never did see her. I have been going to Tru love for 8 years and I always get my dog a bath...no cutting involved and it cost me $25. This last time I went they charged me $40 without telling me first. I may never return.

We were regular customers and made an appointment on 3-12-16 for 0830 hrs on Monday 3-14-16 explaining that due to job constraints we had to drop off our dogs at 0830hrs. We were advised that there would be someone there at the business. On arrival no one was on premise and after waitnig several minutes we had to return our dogs home and loose work time. Not a good way to operate a business.
