Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Someone came out to look at my grill, told me they would order parts, never heard a thing. I called back multiple times each time was told the guy handling my grill would call me back.... someone even laughed in the phone and said ‘oh yes, he is REALLY bad about calling people back and following through....’ I understand my grill was discontinued, but multiple people at the company told me it could be fixed. They were ordering parts, and then they were fabricating parts. NO ONE ... read more
RecommendedThese guys are awesome! They are professional, patient, and go above and beyond the call of duty. Most importantly, they get the job done right with integrity. I highly recommend them to fix your fireplace. Forget the other guys. These are the only guys I recommend.

This business is horrible. My father ordered me a product and they came three weeks later with the wrong item. We asked for our money back weeks ago and they indicated check is in the mail. Contacting bbb on Monday doubt there accredited. Don't order from a company who rips off seniors. Just awful
