Second time I've used Tru-Line. Same as first time. Tech appears to be trained to up-sale your service needs. Paid $598 to install 6 smoke detectors I purchased. Took all of 30 minutes. Spent a lot of time being told various things that need to be accomplished instead - very misleading - and insulting. First time I used Tru-Line several years ago - same thing. I hoped this time would be different. This was the last time. Name should be Tru-Lies.
Prompt, knowledgeable and very good attitude too.
Polite, kept me informed, took pride in there work. Great experience.
