We used Tru Limo for our wedding on July 14, 2019. We booked the Weddings Rolls Royce and the 28 Passenger Bus. Both drivers of these two vehicles were extremely unprofessional and disrespectful to the bride and groom. The party bus driver got upset and yelled at the groom and his groomsmen for turning on the lights, stereo system, and TV on the party bus even though these were selling points when we were viewing the cars the day we signed the contract. Tru Limo took 32 kids after the Junior prom to the after party. An 11 pm- 3am shift. The driver, Kira, was great. On time and admittedly had to put up with a bigger mess than they should. I will backtrack and say dealing with Kevin was easy and the price was right. The party bus was spectacular. To add to it, my only complaint (and compliment) was a 9:00am phone call ( I chaperoned) that a kid left his wallet on the bus with $$and credit cards. Great job!
After contacting/visiting multiple limo companies in the area, Tru Limo had by far the best rates and quality of limos I'd seen! When I went to check out the party buses, I met with Kevin who gave me a tour of the different buses and went through all the day of details with me. After hearing horror stories of limos showing up late, not showing up at all, etc. I wanted to feel confident in my choice, and Kevin made it easy for me! I planned a 50th birthday dinner party for my husband with Tru Limousine and rented a party bus for myself and my 30 guests. The bus arrived 15 minutes early and accompanied us to Times Square for Dinner. We had a few pick up stops along the way. The Hostess Shayna was outstanding throughout the trip assisting us with our party needs and made sure we were all comfortable.
