Don't buy a mobile home from this company. The homes may look pretty but are made with cheap products. They never fix things that are wrong. Buyer beware! !!!!!

DO NOT BUY A RIVERBIRCH HOME My home was purchased new in 2012. It was shipped with out insulation in the roof, they came and added 22 bags but it took alot of my badgering them. The floors aren't level, the ceiling constantly cracks, the windows crack, not the glass, the frame, the faucets needed replacing several times, the tub cracked, the shower cracked, there is a hole in the duct work, a huge gap in the sill plate, the roof needed replacing and with in 6 months was sagging again. I am not a happy camper with my Riverbirch double wide. I don't really like the color green, but the dealer had this one on the lot and was special deal. So I bought it. I have have trouble with the under sink vent pipes-odors so strong had to leave the room. Many cans of lysol spray and still smells. The company sent out a crew several times and each time they claim it isn't the vent pipe, but the soap residue in the elbow or something else, like it's too long or not needed at all. . Ha, ha, ha. I purchased my 1999 single wide home in 2002 an I have been greatly satisfied. I was rather shocked to read the negative reviews because outside of normal where and tear my home has stood solid.
I am nor sure what all the negative comments are about. I have dealt with Riverbirch for years and have found the company to go out of their way to try and satisfy customers. As with all complaints there is always another side to it. Many times with leaks especially roof leaks it has been found that proper maintenance has not been done or the problem has been allowed to continue over and extended amount of time before being turned in.
