I know this company has gotten a bad rap in the past but that was under prior ownership and they're in the process of working to right their reputation and they're doing an exceptional job. I purchased several kettlebells, a workout bench, and a rowing machine from their factory in Carlsbad and the team there was extremely helpful, to include helping load the items into my car since I had just had shoulder surgery. I ordered bumper plates from them and only received 3 of the 4 sets. I have emailed and called them multiple times and yet to hear back the status of my items that haven’t been delivered.

Terrible Customer Service. I purchased a plyo box in November of 2022. After a month and a half, I reached out to see what the status of the order was. I was told it was on backorder and would be sent in 2 weeks. Another month goes by and I reached back out requesting for another status. They apologized on the backlog and said it was unusual but should be shipped shortly. Another month later I reached out again asking for a refund.
