We picked 3 companies for proposals and each gave very informed presentations. However, TRU GRIT just outdid them all in different areas. 1- They manufacture their own products, so if there is an issue you deal with TRU GRIT and not the chemical company. 2- Their warranty was excellent. 3- They included a 10 year maintenance. 4- James (owner) is a chemist and it’s obvious he knows what he is doing. It's very rare in the service industry that from initial phone call to completed service that you receive 5 star service! Tru Grit exceeded those expectations! They explained what separates them from the competition. Not only their unmatched products, but the office staff, the salesmen, and most importantly, the technicians that treated my pool, lunai, and patio as if it was their own home. Knowledge, experience and professionalism is second to none! If I could give 10 Stars I would!!!
We purchased a new home 100 miles away from our existing home, and we chose Tru Grit to epoxy our new garage floor. The coordination between the sales and installation crew was fantastic!
Tru Grit was recommended to us by others in our community. James is a super knowledgeable guy when it comes to epoxy flooring and he was extremely helpful in explaining all of the options and intricacies of the epoxy process. The day of the sealing went extremely well and the team was done on time. We did note some minor issues with some of the expansion joints later, but the company sent out reps to fix it very quickly. The entire process was pretty seamless and easy at a reasonable cost.
