Update 1/14/2026, The crew came out to my house and has addressed my issues and I am now satisfied. Floor is beautiful, but other details to the process I’m not happy with. First, the sales person was very specific that I had to quickly pick a date for installation. That date could not be kept and they had to reschedule, that was inconvenient because I had taken the week off from work.
